SEC adds 15 small businesses to its $2.5B IT services contract
The Securities and Exchange Commission has added 15 small businesses to its $2.5 billion IT services contract vehicle.
Over the summer, SEC awarded the “streamlined, common, and flexible” ONE OIT contract to Accenture Federal Services, Booz Allen Hamilton and Attain under the procurement’s unrestricted pool.
The agency refers to the contract as the “SEC OIT-wide strategic sourcing vehicle to provide a streamlined process to procure the comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures.”
Now, SEC has awarded spots on the contract to more than a dozen small businesses under its restricted pool. The smaller contractors will be added to the same potentially 10-year, $2.5 billion ceiling indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, the agency said in an award announcement.

- KCI-Acuity LLC
- KHS Solutions Inc.
- Octo Metric LLC
- Procentrix Inc.
- Pyramid Systems, Inc.
- Savvee Consulting, Inc.
- Team Green Zone JV LLC
- Technik, Inc.
SEC said in the announcement “There may be additional opportunities in the near future for joining the One OIT program via the ‘on-ramping’ process.”
The ONE OIT was a trademark project of former SEC CIO Pam Dyson, who left the agency in September to become CIO and head of the technology group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
