Deborah Golden sees many aspects of leadership, but layered on top of qualities like transparency, empathy and authenticity is what she calls “grit factor.” As a principal at Deloitte, she applies that grit to cyber challenges for clients and developing strategies to meet ever-evolving needs. To get to where Golden is, it took a journey of understanding her own strengths.
