Billy Biggs currently leads the Public Sector team at WalkMe where he is responsible for general management, go-to-market (GTM) leadership, operations, and client success for Federal, State/Local, Higher Education, and Non-Profit customers. Previously, he held GTM leadership roles with BlackBerry, Cornerstone OnDemand, and GP Strategies Corporation all focused on supporting the Public Sector in category-creating technology in hyper-growth markets. Earlier in his career, he held multi-functional roles in Consulting, Professional Services, and Operations within the FSI community. Billy has a BS in Information Systems Management, an MBA, and was a certified PMP (inactive). Over his entire career, he’s been extremely passionate about supporting the Government in fulfilling their missions through the adoption and optimization of enterprise software and technology.
