The chief information officer for the agency that oversees federal service programs like AmeriCorps has made a jump.

According to his biography on the CIO Council’s website, Clark also was the program manager for Grants.gov and “played a key role in improving capacity and performance of Grants.gov to support increased grant activity associated with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.” He also served in several other tech leadership roles at the Department of Health and Human Services.

His LinkedIn profile says he has an MBA from George Washington University and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

Meanwhile, Clark’s old position has been listed on USA Jobs. According to the posting, the CNCS is looking to hire someone to promote efficient use of IT equipment and systems, develop and maintain security to adhere to Federal Information Security Management Act, and serve as the corporation’s information security and privacy officer.

But interested applicants shouldn’t delay — the application will only remain open through Monday.
